I'm guessing from your name you're either in Scandinavia or Germany, are you with Norsk Hydro?
I'm more than happy to come and see you for a few days and show you (and maybe your admins) how to set up proper notes Live/Test/Dev environments, using templates to control your application designs, and some basics of application control (roles, groups, access levels etc.)
